The Foundation for Socio-Economic Justice
Since January 2019, IM has partnered with the Foundation for Socio-Economic Justice FSEJ, a socio-economic justice movement that is working to create a democratic society free of hunger, poverty, inequality and abuse of power.
By supporting poor and vulnerable people so that they can organise themselves, and to give them knowledge of their rights, the FSEJ wants to create democratic development in ESwatini. FSEJ also strengthens other civil society organisations so that together they can counteract the shrinking space for civil society.
FSEJ is also one of IM’s regional partners in the ensured civic space programming, also closely collaborating with the Southern Africa People’s Solidarity Network (SAPSN) platform.
